The infinity pool was AMAZING!!! It had crystal clear water. Kiran, the lifeguard, was very attentive. I also liked that he motivated the kids to swim.

I booked treatments for myself and my sister, but the therapists started our session 10 minutes late. Both therapists ended the treatments 23 minutes early. The manager explained the clock starts when we enter the spa, NOT when the therapists walk in.

the gym is very complete, clean, with magnificent views. gym instructor mitesh is increasingly attentive EACH day. he helps me with the machines and gives me exercises to do without a machine too.

the front desk staff were very helpful and attentive especially dinesh and neeraj they assisted me with every query and also arranged a car with ease the service i received was wonderful and my family really enjoyed it i am so grateful. the breakfast was a good spread offering local delights such as pav bhaji and onion pakora a must try. the rooms were clean and contained all necessary toiletries for our use.

i found that the only water bottles available were plastic i wish there was an option for me to fill my own water bottle instead i hope to see more eco-friendly practices adopted soon.

The shower drain was REALLY slow in my room. The bathroom flooded. I used towels to deal with it. The front desk was a shambles. I had pre-booked airport transfers and was asked to pay for the room upon arrival. They did not make it clear I couldn't put any charges on the room!!!
